ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Hands-down the BEST chicken substitute I have ever tried! Tastes just like chicken off the braai! Perfectly seasoned and doesn’t need any added salt when cooking.

The first time I tried this, I was so freaked out by how much it looked and tasted like chicken (or at least how I remember chicken) that I couldn’t actually stomach it without adding mayo. The second time, I cooked it in some curry sauce and just looooved it and after that, I’ve made it several more times simply fried in olive oil with a bit of fresh lemon juice squeezed on top. I keep sending pics of the finished product to my friends and family, because it looks (and shreds) 100% like chicken. Don’t know how they did it, but it’s by far the best substitute I’ve ever had.
